We aim to deliver all orders as quickly as possible. Delivery times stated on the website are in no way a guarantee and are based on approximations. This is due to third party factors, that may cause delays.
Delivery costs are set at a flat rate and are based on a non-profiting rate.
For the UK a flat rate of £5.oo will be added on to your order (Includes packaging).
For anyone wishing to purchase goods from outside the UK we ask that you email us and we can see if we are able to fulfil your order.
All orders will be processed within three business days and delivered within 3-5 days.
You will receive an order confirmation when your order is placed and has been received by us.
We aim to dispatch your goods as soon as possible but please allow up to 5 days for delivery.

Orders will be delivered within working hours and may require a signature upon receipt. If you wish to have your goods delivered to an alternative address for example a work address then please make sure you enter this as the delivery address when required.
If you are not in when the delivery attempt is made then the delivery company may retain the goods. It is the customer’s responsibility to re arrange delivery or pick up of goods if the original delivery is missed.
Easy Returns & Exchanges
All of the products listed on this site are top quality products and we are confident that you will be happy with your purchase. We also hand check all orders before they are dispatched to ensure they are the highest standard, however we do appreciate that sometime things aren't always as you had hoped.
Our returns policy means that if you are not fully happy with the goods you have received, you can return them to us within 14 days of receipt, providing they are in original resalable condition. Once returned you will be entitled to receive an exchange or a refund, which will not include the cost of the original postage and packaging. We are not able to refund or exchange items that appear to have been worn, washed, or are not in original condition. This does not affect and is in addition to your statutory rights as a consumer. Please enclose documentation explaining the reason for the return and your contcat details. If no paperwork is enclosed this may result in taking longer to process the return. Please make sure all returned items are well packaged, so as not to be damaged in the post. Please make sure all return packages are sent with a trackable, insured service, as we cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in return transit.
